Chienti river, is a river on the boundaries: spouting from Le
Macchie mountain, its source marks the boundary between the land of
Umbria region and the land of Marche region, then, while throwing into the
sea, it marks the natural boundary between the province of Ascoli Piceno
and that of Macerata.
