is a characteristic village of medieval origin situated on a hill in the
Fiastra valley; the old centre is partly surrounded by the wall of the
original fortification. The urban structure is very evocative with narrow
and winding alleys interrupted by flights of steps with houses close
together and linked by high over bridges.
