Shanti House

Shanti House is easily reached, coming from the SS76 and then following signs for Morro d'Alba.
The villa is just one kilometer from the historical centre.

The hotel was originally a spaciousness villa, completely renovated in 2006.
The building is modern, but harmoniously blends into the landscape and is surrounded by a large olive grove, the perfect place to sit beneath and enjoy some of the local products, just as they did in times gone by.

Shanti house has 4 bedrooms (2 with balconies), 2 double rooms (with 2 single beds) and one triple room.
On the ground floor you’ll find 2 suites offering a living area equipped with desk, table and sofa bed, each have their own entrance directly opposite the swimming pool. The decor is linear, each room is distinguished by different shades of color ranging from warm earth tones to the blue of the sea, the modern look is softened through the use of materials: Terracotta flooring for the double bedrooms and wooden flooring for the triple rooms and suites.

All rooms are equipped with every comfort: heating (radiators in every bedroom and bathroom), air conditioning (cold air, warm air and dehumidifier), TV, telephone, safe, minibar, private bathroom.

In addition, you can enjoy wireless internet connection throughout the hotel access and explore the rich library of books on Le Marche, pulling up a chair in front of the large fireplace.
With the arrival of summer, guests can enjoy the swimming pool with its jacuzzi, relax in the hammock, explore the large garden and play bocce, racket ball or even darts.

If you fancy a picnic in the garden, Heidi will organize everything, all you need to do is let her know the time and she’ll ensure everything’s ready.
