Palazzo Romani Adami
Holiday Homes

By lodging at the Palazzo Romani Adami you are in a position to choose a holiday home in the centre of a small city of the MARCHE rich in history and works of art. Being in the historical heart of the city means only 5 minutes on foot from the renowned Piazza and the park around the Cathedral, known as the Duomo.

The Home of Count Giacomo is on the most important floor of the palace (called the ‘piano nobile’ – noble floor). Facing the sea, it opens out onto a beautiful sunny terrace to the south where it is possible to read in peace.

The Liberty styled floors unravel like coloured carpets before your eyes, the red varnish of the lounge contrasts with the two white sofas, the gold and green varnish of the painting all conjure up a sensation of joy and festivity.

The high frescoed ceilings are rendered cheerful and warm by the meticulously maintained furniture with emphasis on small aesthetic details of colour and comfort.

The apartment sleeps 5 people. There are two bathrooms, both equipped with a shower.

The bedrooms are very large: one contains two wrought iron beds, with burlap bedspreads woven by hand by the beloved Amelia (the house nanny) during her childhood years, it also has a cheerfully frescoed Liberty style ceiling.

The blue room has an enormous double bed, with painted ceiling and a third smaller room with a large queen sized lilac coloured bed.

A large dining room opens out onto the terrace, connected to the kitchen is adjacent to the red varnished hall.

The Altana Home is in the highest part of the palace, probably an old gothic tower as the great 14th century acute arch to it’s base testifies was restored in the early 1900s retaining some original ceilings.

It has a 360° view ranging from the Sibylline mountains down to the sea. It overlooks, and is protected by, the splendid roofs of the palace.

A large drawing room and a pale blue dining room with delightful bunches of daises open onto an enormous south facing terrace which, in good weather, makes a lovely place for sunbathing, even in December or January, or even a place to have dinner on warm summer nights.

It sleeps 6. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One double room faces the Sibillini Mountains, one double room faces the sea and they share the same large pink-grey bathroom with bath.

In a splendid pale orange painted attic there are 2 single beds in bright blue fabric, a big bathroom varnished in an 18th century green, with large shower. In this attic there is also air conditioning.

Prices Holidays Home: it depends on season, number of people and number of weeks booked (around 50 euros for person, if all the beds booked). On request, it’s possible to have specific offer.

It is possible to book linen service, babysitting and to have daily cleaning service or meals prepared, at a price supplement.
