The Country House “Valcerasa Sas” offers different solutions of stay. Holiday dwellings, single rooms with or without swimming pool usage are among the chances. The restaurant “Gitanos”, offers its traditional dishes to all the guests whichever solution they have opted for.
The dwellings are located in two different clusters. One is located in Valcerasa. It is composed of an ancient building embellished by precious frescoes that is called “Roccolo”. A farm house called “Casetta”, and some holiday apartments that have been recently built in harmony with the nature around complete the picture of this first cluster. The second one has been called “Il Casale Country House”. It is a farm house that has been divided into small apartments and twin rooms. A beautiful swimming pool opens in front of it. The panorama is simply stunning: Treia on one side and the beautiful Potenza river valley on the other. The sight reaches as far as the coast line. The meeting point for the guests of the two clusters is “Gitanos” restaurant located in Passo Treia.
It is welll linked by the SS361 that links Loreto-Assisi and the inland with Porto Recanati and Civitanova Marche.
