Old
farmhouse Emilia
is an old rural house located near lavander fields,
which surround the Hotel Emilia in Portonovo,
and it’s at short distance to the hills that connect Conero
mountain with the park’s green area.
Old
Farmhouse Emilia offers a wide green lawn composed of olive
trees, pomegranate trees and other fruit trees which surround the
house.
The
external staircase, which is common in many “marchigiane” rural
houses, leads to the first floor where are located a bright living room, a
small kitchen, two wide bedrooms with private bathrooms.
The
habitable area gives hospitality to 5-6 persons but each room can have an
extra bed. Each guest can enjoy all facilities and services provided by
Hotel Emilia such as: rich breakfast, open-air swimming pool, tennis courts,
free access to the Conero Golf Club located nearby Portonovo, the
restaurant and its unforgettable fish dishes.
From
Old Farmhouse Emilia can be
easily reach the beach, small bays, the famous Due Sorelle
beach, the Trave and the ancient Romanesque church of Santa Maria
di Portonovo which appears to visitors with its immaculate white colour
among the spontaneous vegetation placed at the lower slope of Conero
mountain.
