For those who want the experience of living in close contact with nature, there are three cottages available in the green countryside surrounding Frescina, just a few kilometres from the main complex; they have all been recently renovated with typical wood beamed ceilings, terracotta pavements; the exterior facades are in age-old stone. The interiors are furnished with period pieces and practical kitchens and bathrooms. They offer a panoramic view of the large farm, and based on the guests needs, offer various possibilities for families or groups.

Col di Fiore

This welcoming cottage, on the boundary between Umbria and the Marche, dates back to the 1700s. It is perfect for numerous groups, and offers complete tranquillity.

The ground floor offers two double suites and an independent entrance, bathroom, sitting room and kitchen area.  There is a spacious common great room which can accommodate 30 people, a large stove with 8 burners, a lava rock grill, two ovens with accessories, a living room with sofa, TV and game table.

The first floor includes an entryway with sitting room, two double rooms, three triple bedrooms, three quadruple bedrooms, all with private bathroom.

The cottage is centrally heated. The large yard includes a swimming pool and furnished garden areas.
Perfect for a relaxing vacation in a mountain environment with the possibility of pleasant walks along ancient, picturesque pathways.

An ancient sharecroppers cottage, built on several levels and dating back to the 1600s.  The recently renovated structure is in high hill country at 700 metres above sea level, with a panorama of the typical Umbro-Marchigiana Apennine landscape; it is suitable for a group of friends on vacation together.

The first floor includes two connecting living rooms, one with an old fireplace and television; access to a small furnished terrace for open-air meals, a connecting dining room with a large kitchen; two double bedrooms and once which opens onto a covered terrace; a bedroom with two beds, plus bunk beds, and a bathroom with shower.

The upper level, which opens to the surrounding grounds, has a double bedroom with a bathroom.  The attic room, offers a sitting room with sofa and kitchen area, two double rooms with bathroom.

"La Torretta" - the highest level of the cottage offers another inviting bedroom with two beds, and an additional third bed if necessary.

The cottage has central heating, and a large garden with a sunny swimming pool and a relaxing view of the surrounding mountains.

With the Marchigiana Apennines for a backdrop, this ancient cottage at 300 metres above sea level, is particularly suitable for families.

On the ground floor there is an elegant living room with television, a dining room that opens onto the surrounding grounds, a large kitchen and barbecue.

On the upper floor includes a spacious double bedroom with fireplace, a bathroom and access to a covered terrace; another large double bedroom with 2 additional beds in wooden alcoves, and a bathroom; a double bedroom with a third bed, bathroom.

The cottage has central heating. The grounds include a swimming pool and furnished garden area.
