The Agriturismo
Il Sentiero offers four nicely furnished apartments:
- Il Vigneto
- Il Pescheto
- I ciliegi
- La Quercia
There is a kitchen in every apartment so that you can
enjoy your home made meals those days you prefer to stay in. The main
apartment, that is called Il Pescheto, also boasts a fantastic fireplace
where to cook or relax in front of the warm fire. If you have children you
can always close it with the sliding glass door for their safety. Two of
the apartments boast characteristic features such as wood beams. From the
windows the marvelous views of the Sibillini mountains can be enjoyed. The
owners, Guido and Antonella run an agricultural business and produce wine,
vino cotto, a typical product of the area, and delicious canned peaches
that are on sale on request. Fresh fruit is always available in the warm
season. In spring time you will be surrounded by cherry trees in full
bloom and in May you can assist at the picking of the ripen cherries
enjoying their sweet taste. September will be grapes harvest time, an
event to witness. The owners have made a point to leave their guests full
autonomy. They are always available for any problem you may have and are
ready to assist you anytime. Every evening you will be provided with a
basket containing home baked Ciambellone especially made by Antonella,
that is very good at baking cakes. We have had a taste of them in
different occasions and we guarantee we always had more than a slice. In
the basket you will also find some fresh fruit, milk and anything you may
desire for breakfast. Antonella prefers offering her treats in the evening
so that you can enjoy that first meal when you prefer in the morning,
without having to worry if you had a late night. The atmosphere is
friendly and relaxing. You will feel as if you were owning that piece of
Le Marche. A large piece of land spreads below the property. A path runs
through it so that you can enjoy naturalistic walks, after having been
sightseeing around. The place is of stunning beauty and the location makes
it safe even to go there alone.
All the apartments have
private entrance and independent central heating. Your winter holidays
there will be as warm as you like. The swimming pool will be ready to be
enjoyed in Spring 2008!
The apartment “Il
Pescheto” is spread over 90sqm and it develops on two floors.
It offers two double rooms and a single room. The large living room with
kitchenette is also provided with a fireplace and makes it also perfect
for winter stays. It is provided with two terraces that are well exposed
to the sun so that you can sun bath there if you prefer to be alone and
not join the others around the swimming pool. The two bathrooms of the
apartment are provided with shower.
The Apartment “Il
Vigneto” is spread over 40sqm and it is divided into a living
room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower and a double room. There is an
other double room that can be exploited or excluded from the booking on
request. It is in fact divided by the main apartment by a door that can be
kept closed. The additional bedroom has in fact a private access from the
yard.
The apartment “I Ciliegi” is the
smaller one, offering a living room with kitchenette, double bedroom and
bathroom with shower. It has easy access for disabled people.
The apartment “La
Quercia” is what you are looking for if you have young
children and want them to be with you all the time. It is in fact divided
into a living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower and bedroom with
a double bed and a bunk-bed.
