Location
The location, whilst being secluded, offers plenty of facilities within walking distance, such as a riding school and trekking area, and a tourist centre with tennis courts and swimming pool. The main village, with shops, bank, Post Office, doctor's surgery is about 5’ away by car. The coast can be reached in 25’, the mountains in 35’ and the ski resorts in 45’.

- Area C comprises a stone-built house, formerly a convent, offering circa 520 sqm accommodation over different floors and levels with artificial caves and cellars, and 10-11 hectares of surrounding land. Price: €350.000.

The house in area C is an ex-convent (1600-1700), which was later used (1850-1900) as a family home until the Second World War. The style and architecture is typical of the region and period in which it was built. It seems that adjacent to the house (North-side) there is a tunnel which was excavated during the Second World War for partisan use: it should be120-130 metres long (direction West) towards the pine and fir tree hill. The house is in need of full restoration and needs to be connected to the electricity service (the water one already exists). The vast and yet easily manageable surrounding land, plus the possible building volume allowed by the existing outbuildings, would permit the realisation of a conservatory, a swimming pool or a sun-patio with wonderful views, which could be positioned on the South and West facing pine and fir hill.

There is also the possibility to realise a small private lake in each area.
