On the ground floor of the tower house is the living room with fireplace, ceramic sink and kitchen wall, with all the connections for furniture and appliances.

Between the ground floor and the first floor is the bathroom with recently installed shower, washbasin, wc and bidet distributed in a large space. The bath enjoys the presence of a balcony, useful for drying laundry.

On the first floor is a central room with wood-beamed ceiling. To the left of this room, two steps lead into one of the bedrooms, where the wooden beams have been covered with a white ceiling.  To the right, there is a second bedroom with the same features.

On the second Floor is a spacious studio loft. The ceiling features wooden beams and vaults. To the right is a low square-shaped wall.  From this area one can see the attic that allows access to the roof.

The panoramic view from the rooms and the bathroom is to the east, over the valley.

The living room with fireplace has a view over the street. The view from the second floor is also over the street.

There is central heating and radiators in all the rooms. Currently, the system installed is diesel, with the possibility of conversion to methane.

Casa Torleone does not have its own court.  However, it is possible to ask the Technical Department of the Municipality of Serra San Quirico for permission of use of the green terraced area below  as an outdoor space, for gardening or a vegetable garden (see photo with view from the balcony).

Casa Torleone is for sale at €58,000.
