Build your own itinerary through Le Marche around your Passions
Where to go, what to see, places to discover and events not to be missed.

Quick Reference Guide

  • From PASSIONS, select and drill down an area of interest by clicking on its name, or click the next to it to view and select from the corresponding page.

  • Click WHERE.

  • On the PLACES list, select the resources, events and places you wish to add to your Itinerary, or click to view and select from the corresponding page.

  • Click ADD TO ITINERARY.

  • Click VIEW ITINERARY to check the list, de-select resources and places, print or map your current Itinerary.

  • Click WHERE TO STAY to find and book accommodation along your Itinerary.


A Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Select your interests from MY PASSIONS
    - From the PASSIONS list, select an area of interest ("Passion") by clicking on its name.
    - This will open up a list of more specific interests within that area, giving you the option to further specify your Passion.
    Note: You can be as broad or as narrow as you wish in defining your Passions.
    Note: You can monitor your current path on the bottom panel.
    - Click Add to Passions. Your selection will appear on the bottom panel.
    - Repeat the process for all the Passions you wish to pursue through your itinerary.
    - Click Save Passions if you wish to retain your selections for future sessions > Step 4.
    - Click Where > Step 5.

     

  2. View and select a Passion from a page (recommended)
    - From the PASSIONS list, click the next to the name of a Passion you'd like to explore.
    - Take a look at what Le Marche has to offer in relation to that Passion.
    - If it meets your interest, click Add to Passions directly from the page.
    - Return to Passions if you wish to add or explore more passions or save your selections; or
    - Click Where > Step 5.

     

  3. FOCUS - Restrict the area and period of your journey (optional)
    - Click FOCUS.
    - To restrict the area: select an Area from the drop-down list.
    - To restrict the period: set the FROM and TO dates.
    - Click Apply. The FOCUS IS ON flag will appear at the top of the page.

  4. Save your Passions (optional - registered users only)
    - If you wish to save your Passions and any Focus settings for future sessions, click SAVE YOUR PASSIONS.
    - If you haven't registered or logged in, do so now (About saving and restoring your criteria and selections).
    - Choose a file name in which to save your current session.
    Note: all your current criteria and latest selections throughout the site will now be saved in the same file.

     

  5. Click WHERE
    - PLACES will open.

  6. Choose the places, resources and events you want to include in your Itinerary
    - PLACES lists the Resources (e.g. nature parks, historic buildings, theatres, etc) and the Events (e.g. food festivals, pageants, etc) matching each of your chosen Passions, one by one, and the Towns or Places where you can find them.
    - You can view and select any resource, event or place on the list, and add your selections to your Itinerary (tick all your selections and click ADD TO ITINERARY).
    - To view a resource or event click ; you can then add it to your Itinerary directly from the Resource Page (click ADD TO ITINERARY).
    - To view the Town or Place where a resource is located click ; you can then add the Town or Place to your Itinerary directly from the Town Page (click ADD TO ITINERARY).
    - Click EDIT PASSIONS to add more Passions or edit your Passion list (delete, save); or
    - Click VIEW ITINERARY.

     

  7. View and Edit your Itinerary through Le Marche
    - MY ITINERARY lists all your selected Resources and Events, grouped by Town or Place.
    - To view a Resource or Event click .
    - To view the Town or Place where a resource is located click or the name of the Town or Place.
    - You can delete any line of the Itinerary by clicking the DE-SELECT icon.
    - Click EDIT PLACES to return to PLACES and add more resources or events to your Itinerary.

     

  8. Save your Itinerary (optional - registered users only)
    - If you wish to save your Itinerary for future sessions or to complete it later, click SAVE ITINERARY.
    - If you haven't registered or logged in, do so now (About saving and restoring your criteria and selections).
    - Choose a file name in which to save your current session.
    Note: all your current criteria and latest selections throughout the site will now be saved in the same file.

     

  9. Find, select and book accommodation along your Itinerary.
