We had a wonderfuI time! I cannot thank you enough for your part in orgnanising the Most fantastic holiday. I can picture it vividly ( even back at my desk) - walking out to see the stars and feeling right on the edge of the world, the freshest venison arriving, proseco by the pool, climbing over the ridge and seeing the whole valley reaching away beneath us - all of course sustained by the most decadently delicious food! Actually I can also still taste that pigs cheek ham, ooo and the figs with cheese, and the pizza and the pecorino and the grilled courgettes and the tiramisu and the polenta... Our hosts were delightful and the whole thing went incredibly smoothly.
