All began when Pam discovered this magic place and found an ancient and abandoned mill. It laid near a stream. The mill has been cleared of all the oppressing vegetation. The roof that shelters the secrets of the house has been completely rebuilt. The ancient building, completely in stone, is spread over 300sqm. The distribution on two floors follows the traditional style of the rural area of Camerino. The ground floor is very bright thanks to the many picturesque openings: arches and windows enriched by precious details.
