Join us on a journey through Le Marche,
discover its hidden treasures,
taste its best food and wine,
and relax at one of our special places
along the route!

Le Marche offers in a small territory everything Italy is celebrated for, in every sector and for any passion you may have: nature, history, arts, culture, leisure, good food and wine, and a lot more.

To plan your journey through the region, you can follow your passions and build your holiday around them, or choose one of our Marche Itineraries, each centred on a theme and a combination of interests.

Combining cultural tours and leisure activities with local food & wine tasting along each route, Marche Itineraries are designed to give you an all-round experience of the region.

Among the new itineraries for 2010, Theatre & Tasting will take you around historic theatres, carefully preserved through centuries and until recently closed to the public.  Each stop will also provide an opportunity to taste some of the best DOC wines of the region, right at the wineries and cellars where they are produced.  If you are a food lover, you'll be able to enjoy authentic Marche recipes at recommended restaurants along the route, all having passed the scrutiny of Accademia Italiana della Cucina.  Cities of art, medieval villages or the gentle countryside will provide the scenery for relaxing evenings at the end of the tour.

You'll find the same combination of art and culture with good food and wine experience in A Journey through Baroque, on a discovery of hidden treasures such as the recently restored church of Santa Lucia, in the hilltop village of Serra San Quirico.

Focused on sports and leisure activities in close contact with nature, and still featuring more tasting experiences, will be itineraries such as The Mountain through the Seasons and the ones dedicated to Trekking and Biking.

If you have an interest in arts and crafts, there will also be a brand-new Clay Sculpture course, combined with visits to food artisans: a cheese “artist” and the best Verdicchio wine producers.

Finally, if you have a passion for cooking, why not attend a three-day Italian cookery school in the seaside town of Senigallia?  The BlueFish Laboratory course (23rd - 27th April 2010) will be held by two renowned chefs and will be focused on mastering the preparation, cooking and dish presentation of blue fish (anchovies, sardines, mackerel, mullets).  More opportunities for learning traditional Marche cooking will also be on offer at some of the agriturismi specially selected by our Travel Team.
