The Technical Studio of Massetani & Oresti Architects formed in 1980 by the Architects Giorgio Massetani and Giuseppe Oresti; with Simone Oresti entering as partner in 1992. The Technical Studio occupies an office area of about 300 square metres and is equipped with up-to-date technical equipment for design and CAD design system for implementation and reproduction, in direct collaboration with two building engineers, three surveyors and various other professionals on an ad-hoc basis. The professional activity of the studio covers the regional territory with particular achievements outside the region. The studio operates in the urban design sector, building design and internal architecture. In the last decade the main activity for the studio has been to recover existing properties with particular attention to safeguarding the traditional Marche region architectural structures.
